He created high-quality, engaging scientific content that helped increase the visibility and field authority of the company. The marketing team greatly appreciated Santiago’s content creation, project lead, and ability to train his colleagues. "Santiago coached me for 16 sessions on how to be a science communicator who approaches work more purposefully and specifically. During the early coaching sessions, Santiago coached me on improving my writing skill so that I can write in a style lay audience can understand. He provided constructive feedback on my writing pieces that made me think how to write differently to reach my purpose. Also, importantly, he guided me to develop a writing mindset of always having a specific target audience in mind. His coaching on my writing has been truly transformative! I would have deviated from this mindset if Santiago did not keep reminding me. Throughout the entire sessions, he also coached me on having short-term and long-terms plans and visions for the goals that I want to achieve. This also has been very helpful! Santiago is a coach who supports and encourages me. He provided helpful criticism that I need to improve and grow; he helped me to see and clarify the blind spots that myself couldn’t see clearly."
"What a fantastic experience working with Santiago! As a post-doc in academia, applying for positions in industry can feel like a different language. Santiago helped me crafting a catchy cover letter and gave a boost to my CV. I was very happy to get into the next round of interviews, which involved a presentation about my work. Santiago was amazing in helping me during this process. His feedback elevated my presentations skills to a next level and taught me how to convey my message in a clear and appealing way. Santiago’s friendly and supportive approach made my experience very valuable and pleasant!"
